Counseling and Psychology Unit, Student Affairs Division and Center of Alumni and Career are the two different departments which responsible for organizing career development and enhancement programme to USIM’s student. These two departments work closely for enhancing graduate employability throughout the year.

Counseling and Psychology Unit has been focus on creating awareness about future plan and career pathway meanwhile Center of Alumni and Career is more toward graduate employability and job placement opportunity. There are various career development and enhancement programmes being formulated and implemented throughout the year. The target participants for these programmes which include programmes that focus on career preparation are for the first year students up to the final year students, as well as programmes which are open to any groups of students.
